My coaching is for - women who want a realistic approach to their weight loss journey that fits around a 9-5, dropping the kids at school, or navigating a partner who means well, but is always suggesting a takeaway or bringing home extra chocolate for you…

I truly believe everyone has it in them to build the life that THEY want, and find the perfect balance in order to reach their fitness goals once and for all.

Hey, I'm Phoebe - a lover of all things coffee and chocolate, and a hater of anything that gets between me and those indulgences...

I got into the fitness industry back in 2017, through a so called 'passion' for fitness. It didn't take long however for me to realise my 'disciplined' ways and constant binge-restrict cycles were actually pretty unhealthy, and left me with a terrible relationship with food and my body.

Over the past 7 years, working with over 100 women, I've made it my mission to help them avoid wasting any more time on fad diets for weight loss or excessive exercise routines that leave them burnt out and feeling like a failure.

Because everyone deserves to be able to enjoy the simple things in life, like an oat flat white and a pastry on a Sunday morning without feeling guilty about it. And that's what I'm here to help you achieve.

When can I start?

As soon as you're ready fill in the application form. I'll be in touch to book a quick 15 minute call so we can talk through your goals and provided it's a good fit, we can get you signed up then and there.

How much is coaching, and is there a minimum commitment?

My coaching is currently £175 p/month. There's no minimum commitment so you are welcome to stay as long as you like, but those who get the best results (and learn to maintain them) tend to work with me for at least 6 months. 

Will I get a meal plan? I'm a fussy eater...

Nope! I'm not a fan of the meal plan... it provides you with zero flexibility, and zero education about what you should be eating. Instead, you'll be set targets based on your goals, as well as having all the advice you could need around food choices and diet strategies. No foods are off limits, and what you eat is entirely up to you.

I'm a total beginner in the gym, will the training plan be too advanced for me?

Your training plan is 100% tailored to you, meaning I'll be creating your program for whatever level you're at. That also includes home workouts if you're not a member of a gym. Your training plan will push you far enough out of your comfort zone that you find your strength and confidence in the gym, but always suited to your experience and preferences.
